Begin with a short, non-confidential description. Do not send Social Security numbers, medical records, original evidence, or sensitive case files.
Online or family inquiry
The LLRAC business email is being established. Once it is published, include the following in a preliminary inquiry:
- Your name and preferred contact method
- Name and DOC number of the incarcerated person, if applicable
- Facility, court, jurisdiction, and case number
- Type of support requested
- Known deadline
- A brief description without confidential details
